It is nothing super special, I made it from one of my Carnifexes that I wasn't going to use anymore since they suck now. I added some spiky bits from the Trygon Kit (of which I have three) and used that infested bit from the Genestealer kit, warmed it up over a candle and bent it over the stomach to represent the spawning orifice.
